Give heavy frustration physical form

Somatic clay molding

Take a dark pencil or charcoal. Close your eyes and press down hard, dragging it across the paper to map the rhythm of your frustration.

Rip scrap paper into jagged pieces. Feel the resistance of the fiber, then arrange the torn shapes into a raw, unpolished form.

Squeeze, punch, or twist a piece of clay or dough. Let your hands transfer the physical weight of your anger directly into the medium.

Reflect on the release

Look at the marks you made. The jagged lines, torn edges, and deep indentations are physical evidence of your emotional weather. You do not need to clean them up or make them pretty.

Sit with the paper for a moment. Notice if your shoulders feel lighter, or if your breathing has slowed. The energy has left your body and now lives on the page.
